Dear WCCDBA Member:

The Court allows us the privilege of using room 810 as a research and learning center. We are not authorized to use it as a storage area. Please remove any personal property and files no later than October 13, 2016. On October 14, 2016, property not removed will be deemed abandoned and it will be set out to be removed as trash.

Attorneys will be notified as to any files that must be removed and if the attorneys fail to remove the files, further action will be taken to impress upon the attorneys of their need to remove the files.

Dear WCCDBA members:

Kenneth Overwater, your newly elected treasurer, has resigned as a result of obtaining new employment. Mr. Overwater will be missed and we wish him much success in his new position.

We are pleased to announce that Larry R. Polk has been appointed by the Board of Directors to replace Mr. Overwater as Wayne County Criminal Defense Bar Association’s new treasurer.

We look forward to working with Mr. Polk and welcome him to the position of treasurer.
