After  a 3-day jury trial, the defendant was found NOT GUILTY on March 19, 2014 on 2 counts of Assault with Intent to Do Great Bodily Harm Less than Murder, NOT GUILTY on 1 count of Operating a Motor Vehicle while License is Suspended, Revoked, Denied, causing Serious Injury, NOT GUILTY on 1 count of Reckless Driving Causing Serious Impairment of Bodily Function, NOT GUILTY on 4 counts of Felonious Assault, NOT GUILTY on 1 count of Felony Firearm, NOT GUILTY on 1 count of Child Abuse 4th Degree, NOT GUILTY on 1 count of Aggravated Assault and NOT GUILTY on 1 count of (misdemeanor) Reckless Driving.
