Kudos to our colleague Richard Glanda who secured victory for his client, in the case of People v Willie Cannon, Wayne County Case no. 13-011358-01-FC. After a 4-day jury trial which ended on March 13, 2014, the defendant was found NOT GUILTY on 2 counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct First Degree, NOT GUILTY on 1 count of Kidnapping, and NOT GUILTY on 1 count of Assault with Intent to Do Great Bodily Harm Less than Murder.
