Congratulations to our colleague, Charlotte Steffen-Ramirez, for her victory in the case of People v. Ted Matthew Mason, Wayne County Circuit Court Case no. 14-000382-01-FH. After a contentious evidentiary hearing, the court, Hon. Dana Hathaway, granted the Defense's Motion to Suppress and to Dismiss.
