Congratulations to Attorney Lillian Diallo, for her victory in defending her client in the case of People v  Dwan Maurice Hannah, Wayne County Circuit Court case no. 14-001103-FC. After a 2-day bench trial, held before the Honorable Michael Hathaway,  the defendant was found NOT GUILTY on April 25, 2014, on both the Armed Robbery, and Home Invasion 1st degree counts. (The co-defendant, represented by Attorney Steven Bullock, was also found NOT GUILTY. See separate posting regarding the co-defendant). Congratulations to the relentless legal warrior, Lillian Diallo!
