After a 7-day bench trial, before the Honorable Bruce Morrow, the defendant was found NOT GUILTY on April 29, 2014, on all charges including one count of Assault with Intent to Murder, one count of Assault with Intent to do Grest Bodily Harm less than Murder, one count of Felonious Assault, and one count of Felony Firearm.
